THE OFFICIAL PAYMENT RECEIPT

Upon the successful registration and payment, the official receipt of your payment will be issued and you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the CONFERENCE. If you need the receipt PRIOR the conference date, the organizing committee will send you the scanned copy of the receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no refund for cancellation of registration. If you are unable to attend the conference, please submit the replacement name and contact detail in writing at least 7 working days prior to the conference via fax, email or post to the Conference Secretariat.
